We prefer to work on your computer in our lab. This not only ensures a more comprehensive cleaning, but will also save you money, since the geeks can work on multiple
computers at the same time in our lab setting. In other words, you aren't paying a geek to sit in your home waiting for downloads,
updates, and installs to occur or for research to be done - you only pay for a portion of that time when the computer is worked on in the lab.
We offer free pick-up and delivery within the Oklahoma City metro area.
Pick-up charges outside the metropolitan area start at $20, and vary by location.
Most systems can be cleaned up with 2
hours bench time. Systems requiring extensive updates, with multiple profiles or having deeply rooted virus or spyware problems can take longer.

With the exception of defective hardware, if we are unable correct your problem, you will not be charged.
